On October 24, Maggie Wheeler will be the featured Meet the Author for October, hosted by the Friends of the Brockville Public Library at 7pm, upstairs at the library, 23 Buell St, Brockville. She will present her fifth book, "All My Worldly Goods".

This event is free to the public and books will be on sale for the entire month of October at the Library.

Lunch will be available for a nominal amount.

The Glass Castle starring Brie Larson and Woody Harrelson will be shown in the Meeting Room of the Chatham Branch on Nov. 28, 2017 @ 2 pm. All are welcome. 

Kidnap starring Halle Berry will be shown in the Meeting Room of the Chatham Branch on Nov. 21, 2017 @ 2 pm. All are welcome. 

Maudie starring Sally Hawkins and Ethan Hawke will be shown in the Meeting Room of the Chatham Branch on Nov. 14, 2017 @ 2 pm. All are welcome. 

Paris Can Wait starring Diane Lane and Alec Baldwin will be shown in the Meeting Room of the Chatham Branch on Nov. 7, 2017 @ 2 pm. All are welcome. 

Fair attendees meet representatives from the four main ostomy product manufacturers, local product suppliers and ostomate support businesses and learn about their products and services. An Enterostomal Therapy (ET) Nurse will be available from noon until 2pm for pre-arranged, confidential appointments.  The fair is free and refreshments are provided.  Please call 905 321-2799 for more information or to book an ET appointment.

Grantham Lioness Candy Cane Bazaar. on Sat. November 4, 2017 from 9-2 pm at the Grantham Lions Club, 732 Niagara St., St. Cath. Many vendors, baked goods, 50/50, door prizes, brown bag game-everyone a winner, white elephant table and more.  Luncheon available - homemade soup, choice of sandwich, dessert, coffee and tea.  We are a non-profit organization.  All profits will be donated.
