Enfold yourself in the joys and pathos brought to us through Romeo and Juliette,
Love’s Labour’s Lost, The Tempest, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and more.
These works will be enriched by melodies from Elizabethan madrigals to swing to
jazz, as only the Oriana Singers can present them. Prepare yourself to be
enlightened, charmed and saddened by Shakespeare’s words infused with life
through song and vignette.
The concert will be May 26, 2018, 7:30 pm, Port Hope United Church, 34 South
St., Port Hope. Advance tickets (senior/adult $22/25) are available from choir
members, Burnham Family Farm Market or the Victoria Hall Box Office (plus
service charges), or $25 at the door.
A Festival of Stars will happen Friday May 4th from 7pm to 10pm. This is a forum for the young performers who have recently competed in the Stamford Kiwanis Music Festival. Its not far to see these stars and its free so come and see.
