Life After Stroke Peterborough  (a peer support group) meets the 4th
Wednesday of every month from 1-3. PM at Northminster United Church,300
Sunset Blvd (east off Chemong Rd just south of Walmart).  Survivors and
caregivers welcome. Wheelchair accessible but please arrive 15 minutes early
for elevator access.  Light refreshments provided. Next meeting Wed. 28
March at 1PM.  Please join us.

Venez cuisinez avec Chantale et Patricia: 1 entrée, 2 plats principaux, 1 dessert, chaque recettes pour 4 personnes, à un coût minime !!!

Ces cuisines s'adressent aux personnes seules, aux personnes âgées, aux étudiants, aux familles à revenus moyens ou faibles, habitant la région maskoutaine.

Ces ateliers se déroulent dans les corporations de loisirs de tous les quartiers de la ville de Saint-Hyacinthe et dans les centres communautaires ou de loisirs des municipalités de la MRC des Maskoutains.

Le but est de profiter de ces moments pour apprendre à cuisiner ou partager vos talents, socialiser. Cela brise la routine et varie vos repas quotidiens. On cuisine en grosse quantité et on sépare le tout à parts égales pour tous.
