A free program offered by Twin Bridges NPLC with two class times available. Each session runs for approximately 45 minutes. The sessions will offer a range of meditation styles as well as provide practical ways to incorporate mindfulness into everyday living for the purpose of improved wellbeing.
A free bootcamp-style fitness program for moms where babies are welcome. Each session includes cardiovascular, strength and flexibility exercises. Please consult your Primary Care Provider prior to participating. Registration is required.
