Come out to the Brockville Museum.  Peggy Stewart will speak about Daniel McKenzie, an ancestor who was a partner in the Northwest Company & who is buried in the Blue Church Cemetery. He was imprisoned in 1816 at Ft. William by Lord Selkirk and was connected with fur trader Sir Alexander MacKenzie after whom the River is named. Daniel successfully sued Lord Selkirk. The public is invited to attend.
