Blessed Sacrament Knights of Columbus are hosting a Fish Fry on Friday, March 9 from 5 pm until 6:30 pm. Perch or Pickerel Dinner with all the fixings for only $16, children under 7 to 13 yrs old $7. Since May is the month of Mothers, Jo’s Arty Party will be dedicating this fundraiser specifically to the needs and care of Emma’s Gang, a Mom and her beautiful litter of 10 puppies who were born at the end of January and who are being cared for by Second Chance Animal Rescue (in memory of Baby Rue #11 who fought a valiant fight).

World Day of Prayer service hosted by the Smiths Falls Women's Inter-church Group at Trinity United Church, Market St., Smiths Falls. All are welcome. Free-will offering is administered through the Women's Inter-church Council of Canada to help women and children around the world via grants. Suriname is the feature country this year.
