Three days of outstanding films that celebrate life and human dignity around the world and right here at home. From March 2 - 4, 2018 get access to over 50 documentaries in 4 convenient downtown Belleville venues: The Empire Theatre, the CORE Centre, Belleville Public Library, Pinnacle Playhouse and Bridge Street United Church.

Public Announcement - Windsor/Leamington - Lane Closure on E.C. Row Expressway

The E.C. Row Expressway between Dominion Boulevard and Huron Church Road will be reduced to one lane westbound for storm sewer and culvert relining rehabilitation. Daily, 8am to 4pm from Tuesday, December 12 to Friday, December 15.
