Community Event - Smiths Falls/Perth/North Grenville - Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Stewart Park Perth
Perth Tourism is hosting their Annual Easter Egg Hunt in Stewart Park. Children 8 years old and under, accompanied by an adult, are invited to bring their Easter basket and join in the fun. Over 2,000 coloured eggs will be hidden in special areas of Stewart Park. Saturday March 31 at 11am.
At 11:00 a.m. sharp the horn will sound and the hunt will begin! Once eggs are collected, children will visit the Easter Bunny (and its helpers) near the Band Shell to exchange their eggs for a special Easter Treat, sponsored by Perth Tourism. Other activities during the event include children’s music, Easter balloon creations and an opportunity to see local Perth Fire Fighters and their fire trucks!

On Palm Sunday, March 25th from 2 pm to 4pm This is a chalk art presentation created by Francois Bergeron (from Quebec) on a 25 foot screen with special lights and inspiring music. Let yourself be transported to the Sea of Galilee in a beautiful landscape from the ancient Roman era. In a unique style, let Francois Bergeron, chalk artist and storyteller, bring you this historic adventure. Discover through this panoramic canvas, the authentic Masterpiece: Yeshua, the one who can speak to the wind... The Masterpiece is a show for the whole family. Original Music by : Denis Riedinger, Timpanist with the Strasbourg Philharmonic Orchestra.
Community Event - Smiths Falls/Perth/North Grenville - Travel in Song with the Rideau Mellowdears
A bit of Jolson and Elvis is in the building 'sing-a-long'. Many more familiar oldies for you to enjoy Saturday April 14 from 2-4pm at Bethel United Church in Rideau Ferry. A free will offering will be taken with all proceeds to the church. Refreshments will be offered following the show.

Presented by Fort Town Concert Association at St Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 425 Centre St., Prescott.
It's the story of the seductive Don Juan, the rake punished, who will stop at nothing to quench his lascivious thirst without a shred of remorse for his victims. Under the artistic direction of Oriol Tomas, JMC celebrates its 25th opera production with the first-time presentation of this classic masterpiece, starring the best young Canadian singers.
Sponsored by Drs Hansen, Holmes, McIntosh and Shankar, with the additional support of generous patrons & a grant from the Ontario Arts Council, this production comes complete with sets, costumes, lighting, and surtitles.
