Taking it at EEC is convenient and meets all requirements for Smart Serve certification. Cost: $35 for materials and test, payable prior to the workshop.

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), is a provincial law that requires organizations to become more accessible to people with disabilities. Unit 1 provides training in Customer Service and this workshop will give you a head start for a legal requirement of your next job.
