WELLNESS WALKING on Thursday mornings, 9-10 am, beginning Nov 16, followed by coffee and conversation at Edith Rankin Memorial United Church, 4080 Bath Rd.  Adults, seniors, retirees will find it helpful to walk accompanied by meditative music in a level, safe, warm space overlooking beautiful Collins Bay.  Appropriate for those who walk with the assistance of a cane or walker.

This dual celebration will begin at the 4:30 Mass at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, 88 Patrick Street, Kingston on Saturday, October 28, 2017 and will continue in the parish hall after Mass.  Two cakes, coffee, tea and juice will be served.  There will be also set up for viewing.  Please join us to share fond memories together.  All are welcome!
