RENCONTRE D’INFORMATION ET SOUTIEN POUR LA RÉGION DE

STE-AGATHE

Pour les parents et amis qui prennent soin d’un proche atteint de la maladie d’Alzheimer. C’est une bonne occasion pour s’informer à propos de la maladie et échanger avec d’autres proches aidants et la Société Alzheimer des Laurentides.

La rencontre, animée par Madame Sophie Bélanger, se tiendra le 14 mars 2018 de 13h30 à 15h30 au Pavillon Philippe-Lapointe, au 234, rue St-Vincent, à Ste-Agathe.

Chaque deuxième Mercredi du mois.

Bienvenue à tous les proches aidants, ces rencontres sont gratuites.

DES RENCONTRES INDIVIDUELLES, FAMILIALES OU DE GROUPE PEUVENT AVOIR LIEU DANS VOTRE MILIEU SUR RENDEZ-VOUS AVEC NOTRE INTERVENANTE.

Community Event - Cobourg/Port Hope - 6th Annual Northumberland Diabetes Expo!

Come join us on March 24th 2018 from 9:00am-2:00pm at the Cobourg Lion's Community Centre!

The Northumberland Diabetes Expo is a one day annual community supported event with the goal of raising the awareness of prediabetes, diabetes, diabetes services and diabetes self-management opportunities in Northumberland County.  We will have two keynote speakers as well as a variety of health professionals to answer your questions.  In our Market Place we will have a variety of services which are related to health and wellbeing.   

We are also offering free foot screenings from 9:00-10:30 and 12:30-1:30pm.

We are giving away 100 swag bags for the first 100 people to arrive. Light refreshments and snacks provided.
