This Kingston Chamber Choir concert features a mass composed by French organist and composer Louis Vierne, a contemporary of better-known Maurice Ravel, Gabriel Fauré and Claude Debussy. Guest artists are Michael Capon, organ, and Flutissimo, a Kingston flute ensemble directed by Anne Palmer.

A program facilitated by a Registered Psychotherapist to help teach the signs of anger and how to effectively deal, communicate and lesson an angered reaction. Classes are open to the community and are free of charge.
Due to high interest, a second Meditation & Mindfulness program has been added. This program explore various styles of meditation and provides practical ways to implement mindfulness into everyday living. Registration is required.
