Rehabilitation Series: Frozen Shoulder

Therapeutic exercises in a group setting focused on the treatment and prevention of frozen shoulder.

Exercises will help decrease pain, increase shoulder range of motion and strength.

Aquafit class to increase muscular strength and cardiorespiratory fitness.

Circuit Training - Group Exercise

Come dine in with friends, or take out, a delicious home-made Soup/Sandwich/Dessert lunch at Athens United Church, 17 Church St, on Friday, Oct 28th 11am to 1pm. $10 at the door. Proceeds to the work of the church including community outreach.  Info 613 924 2175
