Last year’s Take Back The Night(TBTN) was Amelia Rising's first in-person event in two years and it was an amazing success! They are hoping to recreate that magic this year. This is a part of Amelia Rising's Save Our Centre Campaign(visit their website for more details and to sign their petition). Team Amelia would love to have you join them in making this a special evening for the community. Historically, TBTN is held on the third Thursday of September each year. They will be honouring this tradition and holding their event on Thursday, September 21st, 2023 at North Bay City Hall. This event is hosted to encourage our community to rise up against street harassment, Gender-Based Violence, and support survivors of sexual violence. They hope you can take back the night and support survivors with them.
