Join us for Intermediate level exercise. Each weekly session will include a different combination of cardio and 
strength exercises in both circuit & group exercise formats. 

NOTE: You will be required to bring your own set of light weights for class 
(2lbs - 5lbs is recommended).

This is a beginner-level yoga program. There will be a short standing component but

most exercises will be performed seated in a chair. Each session will include a

combination of exercises to improve circulation, joint mobility and strength.

 

Please bring non-slip indoor shoes and water.

and on the floor and aim to improve alignment, flexibility and strength.
