Community Event - Sarnia - Fit FORE Golf - Twin Bridges NPLC
This program focuses on teaching proper warm up techniques, stretches and strengtheners specifically designed for golfers. Exercises will aim to prevent golf-related injuries and improve swing technique through improved mobility and stability of the hips, trunk and shoulders.
Please wear clean indoor shoes, bring water and one iron (club) with you for stretching and postural alignment.
