Community Event - Sarnia - Yoga for Sleep - Twin Bridges NP-Led Clinic
Join us for an evening yoga session aimed at helping
to promote sleep. This beginner-intermediate class will use
a variety of restorative poses and breathing to reduce stress and improve
relaxation. Participants must be able to get up and down off of
the floor in order to participate in this class.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and water.
