Intermediate Computer Classes - Thursdays at 10:30am
This three week course will cover Windows 10 (changing preferences, working with files and folders, common functions), using the Internet, and getting started with social media.
Completion of the Beginner Computer Class, or some experience and familiarity with using a computer is recommended before taking the Intermediate Course.
Dates: May 4, 11, and 18
The classes are held from 10:30am to 12:00pm in the second floor Board Room.

Annual Free Compost Giveaway
Date: Friday, April 21 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Location: Gostick Park, 51 Sellens Avenue (at the rear entrance off of Donald Street)
In honour of Earth Day, the Town is pleased to participate in the annual free compost giveaway in partnership with the District Municipality of Muskoka on Friday, April 21. Bring a container and shovel to pick-up a supply of compost that can be used to help bring your lawn and garden back to life after the long winter months. Compost is available for Bracebridge residents only, with one visit only per vehicle with a loading availability limit of 15 minutes.
Compost will be available on a first come, first served basis while supply lasts. When on-site, please keep vehicle idling to a minimum.

Help keep Muskoka beautiful. This Earth Month, grab your friends and family and form a team to do a little spring cleaning in the community. Participate in the District Municipality of Muskoka’s year-round Clean Muskoka Together community litter clean-up program. Climate Change Action Plan
Did you know the Town of Bracebridge has developed a list of actions to help fight climate change? The Bracebridge Action Plan and Implementation Schedule, the Town-specific portion of the District Municipality of Muskoka’s Regional Climate Change Adaptation Plan (ReCAP), outlines the actions that each Muskoka municipality plans to take to address the most urgent and threatening impacts of climate change.
