North America’s only international bird festival is proud to announce the 8th Annual Birds on the Niagara, February 15-17th 2025 and the inaugural Parkway Artist' Guild (PAG)BON(Birds on Niagara) Paint Battle Competition.

Birds on the Niagara 2025 (BON25) will be held from Saturday, February 15 through Monday February 17th. North America's only international birding festival, BON25 celebrates winter birds in the Niagara region with free walks, presentations, and family friendly activities exploring the intersections between birds, conservation, social justice, and inclusion. Programs are scheduled throughout the weekend all across the Niagara River Corridor for all ages, abilities, and interests!

Our inaugural Parkway Artists' Guild (PAG) BON (Birds On Niagara) Paint Battle is an exciting competition for live artists to paint birds and celebrate the Birds on Niagara Festival. Each event features  incredible artists who will go head-to-head in three rounds of live painting with the winners determined by audience vote. Plus, seize the opportunity to own a unique piece of art through our silent auction of all original works!

As a warming station for BON participants, attendees have the opportunity to vote, participate, and even purchase original art and products from local artisans and vendors.  This is a free event for all to attend.

Works created at this event will be silent auctioned, unsold artwork from Sunday's event, will be available for purchase at the
Niagara Glen on Monday, February 17th.
