Mood Walks is a provincewide initiative that promotes physical activity in nature, or “green exercise,” as a way to improve both physical and mental health. Led by the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario, in partnership with Hike Ontario and Conservation Ontario. The program aims to target four key elements (Physical activity, social connection, skill building and nature). 

Join us each week rain or shine as we explore themes around communication, mindfulness, team building and self-care.

Living Life to the Full is a mental health promotion course designed to help people deal with everyday life challenges and learn self-management skills using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles. Course content and materials are practical and easily applied to everyday life situations. The course is suitable for people of all ages – from youth to seniors.

Join us Saturday, May 13 from 10 am to 3 pm for our annual indoor and outdoor flea market and BBQ. At Friends Over 55 Rec Centre 554 Fielden Ave. Port Colborne. Vendors selling a great selection of crafts, household items, Scentsy, and so much more. Half and half and quilt tickets are available inside. BBQ starts at 11 and will be serving Jumbo dogs, hamburgers, pop, water, coffee, tea and so much more...
