Greater Kingston Chorus (GKC) is excited to announce an Open House event on October 22nd which offers a unique opportunity for music lovers of all levels to join the chorus and experience the joy of singing in a friendly, supportive community. 

GKC is known for its dynamic and engaging performances, bringing the vibrant styles of groups like Pentatonix and the energy of shows like Pitch Perfect to the Kingston & surrounding communities. With this Open House, the chorus is offering a FREE 2-month trial for all new singers, allowing them to attend rehearsals and experience the magic of group singing, live rehearsals, and the camaraderie of the choir.

"We want to offer people the chance to put something on the calendar that’s just for them," says Lee Campbell, spokesperson for the Greater Kingston Chorus. "Whether you’re an experienced singer or looking to try something new, we have a spot just for you. It’s a chance to rekindle, or even ignite, a love for singing, friendship, and community" Susan Marriott, co-director.

Even if attendees are unable to join the Open House on October 22nd, GKC welcomes guests at their weekly rehearsals held every Tuesday from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Polson Park Church hall. The rehearsals are a lively, fun way to engage with others, be part of a team, and develop vocal skills.
