We here at Community Care for Seniors are seeking volunteer drivers for our escorted transportation program. Do you have 2-3 hours a week to escort clients to medical appointments or for essential shopping trips?
This volunteer opportunity is wonderful for those looking to meet new people in the community, and a chance to have a conversation along the way. Volunteer drivers are needed with a particular focus at this time on providing local rides for seniors in Picton. Volunteers are contacted 2-3 days in advance of a drive as same-day rides are not provided.
All COVID-19 safety protocols are in place.
Call 613-476-7493 to start the conversation about becoming a volunteer driver.
