  3. Donate funds or gifts in kind to support our cause.
  4. Engage with us and share information on your social media platforms.
  5. Volunteer and give back to the community at the Rock the Walk event.

All funds raised will provide free creative arts and exercise programs to enhance the lives of individuals and their families living with Parkinson's in the Peel and Halton regions.

Come out and show your support, enjoy the social interaction and camaraderie with members of the community and have some fun! The cost to register is only $50. Each participant will receive a t-shirt, a water bottle, a BBQ (courtesy of Maple Lodge Farms) and live music (courtesy of Rock Express).
