Kinsmen Club Of Cornwall are once again holding their annual Family Day of Kindness event for our community. Get out and enjoy a day of fun-filled FREE activities and celebrate Family Day on Monday, February 20th.

Pancake Community Breakfast: 8am - 10:30am, in Salon 'B' at the Civic Complex

Public Skating: 10am - 12pm at the Civic Complex

Family Swim: 1pm - 2pm at the Aquatic Centre

Nipissing University invites community members to enjoy an afternoon of activities and hockey at the 10th Annual Paul Nelson Memorial Hockey Game on Saturday, March 4, at 2 p.m. at Memorial Gardens in support of the Paul Nelson Memorial Award. Admission is free however, food and monetary donations are welcome.

Callander will be hosting activities for Family Day in Callander in the Community Centre on Mon. Feb. 20. There will be a pancake breakfast 8 - 10:30; kids' activities hosted by One Kids' Place and Callander Museum 9 - Noon; skating on the Bill Barber rink  from Noon - 10:00; free movie 1 - 3.

Our 24th annual, three-day event will be held at Centennial Park, June 16-18 Father’s Day weekend.

Sarnia Kinsmen Ribfest has become a marque, signature event. Last year we served 25,600 visitors, that is about 10,000 more than we have ever hosted. This three-day event offers, fall off the bone ribs, great food, family entertainment and great musical acts that are enjoyed by residents and visitors alike.

New this year we are adding a KID’S FUN ZONE. The Fun Zone play area will be a huge hit with kids and families –. Kids up to 12 years of age will have a blast running, jumping, and sliding their way to fun with the inflatables we have planned to bring in.

The Sarnia Kinsmen Club has been serving and building the Sarnia-Lambton Community for over 90years and all monies raised goes back into the community and local charities.

Our goal this year is to once again be able to host a successful and safe Ribfest on Father’s Day weekend for all to enjoy and give back to the community.

An opportunity to swap seeds, both flower and veggie ones.  If you don't have seeds to swap, there will be vendors selling seeds, plants and garden related items.   Experienced gardeners will be on hand to answer your questions and give friendly advice on gardening matters.    A Children’s Corner will also be available for the youngsters.
