On June 27th each year, we observe National HIV Testing Day, a day to emphasize and encourage HIV testing. The theme for 2022, is HIV testing is self-care. Testing is key to ending the HIV epidemic.

On June 27th, the AIDS Committee of North Bay & Area in collaboration with the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit, will be offering FREE HIV point of care testing from 1-3 pm at 147 McIntyre Street West, Unit 102. Testing is quick, easy and confidential. Take care of you and others too, by getting tested today. A funny and fierce musical about female empowerment!

Pushed to the boiling point, three female coworkers concoct a plan to get even with the sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot they call their boss. In a hilarious turn of events, Violet, Judy and Doralee live out their wildest fantasy–giving him the boot! Featuring songs by Dolly Parton, 9 to 5 is a musical re-imagining of the hilarious 1980 hit film.

The now double-booked community hall sets the stage for this small town comedy—packed with heart and hilarity!

Praise Fellowship Church's 'Love thy Neighbour Day'

On Saturday July 9, 2022, Praise Fellowship Church, in Chatham, will be hosting an event known as “Love Thy Neighbour Day”. The purpose of the event is to simply bless our neighbours and bless our community.
While some event attractions are yet to be determined, we already have the following planned:

• FREE BBQ, Drinks and FREE Popcorn
• FREE Yard Sale* (free items available)
• FREE Car Wash
• FREE Face Painting Booth
• Game Area for children where they can win FREE candy prizes

*Inside the church, our clothing ministry, the PFC Closet, will also be in operation during the event.

We want to create memorable moments where individuals and families can come together in fun and smile while enjoying all that Praise Fellowship Church has to offer.

The event runs from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm.
