The beloved Charles Dickens classic comes to Cambridge Street United Church in Lindsay on Dec. 2 & 3. Tickets are $15 for adults, $5 for students/kids. Proceeds to the church and to A Place Called Home. Venue is wheelchair accessible.

This will be a community event bringing individuals, groups and organizations together who want to show that Peterborough cares about the plight of those experiencing homelessness in our community and realize the urgency of finding solutions as winter approaches.

There will be music, food, speeches and sharing.  We invite all to walk from their neighbourhoods with signs, banners, etc. and gather at 12 noon for a social time.  Speeches and sharing time will begin at 1 pm.

Featuring Dr. Wayne Carroll of St. Thomas, ON, organist emeritus of Knox Presbyterian Church, St. Thomas and the 8-piece Carroll String Ensemble

Sing Christmas carols with the organ and string ensemble.

Everyone is welcome to attend this 3-concert series at noon on the first 3 Thursdays of December.  The concerts will last approximately 45 minutes.

Informal come-and-go format. Stay for 1 or 2 pieces or the entire concert. Bring your lunch and eat while you enjoy listening.

Where: Holy Trinity-St. Paul's Anglican Church, Victoria Avenue at the corner of Selkirk St., Chatham.  Lots of parking.

Free.  Donations gratefully accepted.
