Pembroke legion hosting a vendor Craft show.  10.00 to 4:00 in the legion hall.  Hot dogs and hamburgers will be sold.  All proceeds from the table rentals, door prize, and food will go to kitchen repairs in the branch.  Come out and support our local entrepreneurs and the legion.

The Compassionate Committee for the Homeless in North Bay is producing Backpacks of Love filled with donated essential items.  We need the community of North Bay’s generosity! Donated items, cash and cheques will be accepted at the New Apostolic Church at 46 Joseph St. will be accepting drop-offs from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, and Saturday, July 18, 2022.  Essential items include:  Deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush, can opener, plastic utensils, men's and women's underwear, feminine hygiene products, fingernail clippers, men's and women's belts, rain poncho, sun hats/ball caps, reusable water bottles, sunscreen (cream only), insect repellent (cream only), 6 pk of socks - light & heavy, travel size shampoo/conditioner in one, towelettes/wipes, sturdy duffle bag, silver emergency blankets, hairbrushes and puzzle books.
