Community Event - Quinte - Cybersecurity Series: Spyware

Spyware is malicious software that covertly monitors your online behaviour without your knowledge or permission. In this session led by information security specialist Catalin Bobe, learn about spyware and how to protect your privacy.  

Monday October 17 from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. 

Spyware is the second of four sessions in a Cybersecurity series.  Be sure to register for the rest of the series: 

  • Monday, November 14: Safe internet use and online shopping
  • Monday, December 5: Secure mobile technology

These free courses take place in the 3rd floor Meeting Room. Attend one or attend them all!

Get ready for serving warm fall dishes with a personalized cork trivet. Use Cricut Design Space software and the library’s Cricut cutting machine to create a customized vinyl transfer design. We will walk you through all of the steps.

Familiarity with using computers is required for this free program.

There has been a decline in recent years of people answering the call to open their homes to children in care. This is creating a tremendous strain on our child welfare system. After more than four years, both the Michael Schatte Band, and special guest Tom Lockwood, are very excited to be returning to the Jeanne Gordon Hall in Wallaceburg, on Saturday October 15th, 2022.
