Pembroke Public Library is partnering with The Grind to conduct a Food Drive starting in November until mid-December. Donations can be dropped off at the Children's and Teens' Department at Pembroke Public Library. Examples of items that are much needed are ziploc bags, instant coffee, peanut butter, can openers, canned food, uncooked pasta and rice, cartons of stocks and broths, flour, cookies and snack items, hygiene products, bottled water, oil, rice and salt.

PARD practice year round with an off season around the holidays in December.
