A free program offered by Twin Bridges NPLC and open to all. These sessions are designed as a slow stretch with gentle movement. Most postures will be completed from a seated or reclined position. It is recommended to have a mat, strap and block for classes.

Every Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., you are welcome to experience the peace and quiet of the historic sanctuary at The Spire during a time of silent meditation/contemplation. Come out and enjoy a fun filled evening to support The Peel Regional Police Pipe Band. This event includes performances by The Peel Regional Police Pipe Band, The Colonial Boys with guest singer Louisa O'Keane and Highland dancers. There will be a silent auction and a cash bar. Advanced tickets are $20/person and can be purchased by email at birdj@bellnet.ca, through www.eventbrite.ca or by calling 905-332-9081. Tickets will be $22/person at the door. Doors open at 7:30 PM.
