People Helping People: Community Volunteer Income Tax Program

The Community Volunteer Income Tax Program is a collaboration between community organizations and the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

Community organizations host free tax clinics where volunteers complete tax preparation services for eligible individuals, families, seniors and persons with disabilities with moderate income. 

Virtual appointments for March and April 2022

Please fill out the online appointment request form to be added to the waitlist to have your 2021 Income Taxes completed. Appointments will start on March 2022.

If you do not have access to a computer please call our tax clinic team at (705) 645-2412.

Please be advised that District staff and clinic volunteers will contact you by phone only. Door to door visits are not permitted.

Kente United Church Women representing 20 area churches gather at St Matthew's United, 25 Holloway in Belleville from 10 to 12:30 for worship and guest speaker Betty Turcott, author whose newest book, "A Circle of Stones" brings alive the Biblical account of the life journey of Sarah.  Part of our 60th Anniversary Celebration: guests are welcome to "A Circle of Sisters in Hope" Lunch $12 for either fellowship meal or take-out option.  Pre-registration required.
