Kingsville Community Church is hosting a FREE drive-up and take home holiday dinner event, open to all residents in Kingsville, Cottam, Leamington, Harrow, and Essex County. The drive up event will take place on Wednesday December 29, at Kingsville Community Church, located at 1860 Division Road North, in Kingsville. All are welcome to register to pick up their free holiday meal! PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED Please register by calling 519.733.5691 or go online to www.kingsvillechurch.com and complete the online registration form. Tom Harmon, who has been coordinating this dinner for over 15 years, states that, “There are people in our community who may be alone over the holidays, or who may not be able to afford a holiday dinner. This free turkey dinner with all the trimmings is our way of bringing people together and giving back to our community.”

The NPCA welcomes the community to the 2nd Annual Ball’s Falls Holiday Trail this winter season, open now until January 9, 5-10 p.m. The Holiday Trail is an evening trail walk experience featuring a 1.5 km (round trip) illuminated path through natural areas along the Niagara Escarpment and Twenty Mile Creek and the 1800s heritage village of Glen Elgin at Ball’s Falls Conservation Area. Families can play winter scavenger hunt games, arts and crafts, enjoy the synthetic skating rink and holiday décor displays, warm up by the campfire, and more.
Weekend programming also features live musical performances by local artists, children’s activities, and entertainment, visit and photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, selfie stations, historical tours, artisan vendors, and local craft food and beverage vendors.
Admission fees apply and reservations are mandatory, available at https://niagara.goingtocamp.com/. In accordance with public health guidelines, all guests 12 and over are required to provide proof of vaccination upon check-in at the Centre for Conservation. Masks are required within all indoor areas, including the Centre for Conservation and Barn.
Holiday Trail will be closed on December 24, 25, 26, and 31.

All proceeds are supporting the purchase of state-of-the-art surgical equipment and
the patient clothing cupboard at NBRHC.
Since the launch of his first virtual cooking class in July 2020, more than $47,000 has been raised for our community’s healthcare needs.
