featuring: Renowned Canadian Fiddle Champion, SCOTT WOODS and his band present "Old Time Country Christmas"! This uplifting 2hr Branson-style live show celebrates the Christmas season with the sweet harmonies, smooth vocals and lots of traditional Christmas music played in a traditional Country Western Swing and Old Time Fiddle style.  Enjoy sensational step dancing, wholesome family humour and Scott's famous trick-fiddling somersaults and walking on a barrel all while playing his fiddle!

Joining Scott on stage is the Scott Woods Band consisting of four of Canada's finest and most talented musicians:

Naomi Bristow ~ Canada’s “Yodelin’ Cowgirl”, National Traditional Country Music Assoc. winner for best Traditional Yodel Album

Steve Piticco ~ “The Telecaster Master”, Canadian Country Music Award Winner for Guitar Player of the Year, Instrumentalist of the Year and Vista Rising Star Award winner

Kendra (Woods) Norris ~ “The Harmony Ace”, 2016 Canadian Open Fiddle Champion (19-55 division) and3-time Canadian Duet Fiddle Champion with her brother Scott pianist, singer and accordionist

Leo Stock ~ “Spaghetti Legs” 15yr old Canadian Step Dance Champion, fiddler, singer and drummer.

Scott Woods is a two-time winner of the Canadian Open Fiddle Contest, two-time winner of the Canadian Grand Masters Fiddle Championship as well as Fiddle Entertainer of the Year.  In 2018 he was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Canadian Grand Masters Fiddling Association.  Scott is affectionately known as "The Flippin' Fiddler" and tours exclusively across Canada and the USA every year raising funds for churches, charities and community service organizations.

Take a break from the hectic Christmas season and join the Lions, family and friends for a delicious dinner. Dinner includes roast beef, mashed potatoes, vegetables, salad, bread, dessert, coffee and tea. $12 Adults, $6 Kids, (10yrs and under). Call ahead for take out at 905-871-7761.

St. Ann Church will be hosting a Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, December 14th, 2019 from 10 am to 3 pm.  The Bazaar will have over 20 vendors.

The Bazaar will include a Bake Sale, Penny Table, Free Raffle Draws, Poinsettia Plants for Sale, Christmas and Jewellery Table.  Santa will be visiting from

12 to 2 pm.   Bring the children for games, crafts, cookie decorating, photo booth and gifts from Santa.  The event will also have Pizza, hotdogs, fries and

drinks.  Come out and have fun.

Sur le thème de Noël, ce  spectacle musical  fait une incursion au cœur des traditions, coutumes et chansons de 16 pays.  Quoi de mieux que de voyager à travers le monde à peu de frais en l’espace d’une heure. Un spectacle permettant de s’ouvrir sur un monde riche en couleur et en diversité.

L’école présentera deux (2) représentations le dimanche 8 décembre soit à :13h00 et une autre à 15h00  au Petit Théâtre du centre socio-récréatif.On peut se procurer des billets à la librairie Côte-Nord de Place de ville au coût de 10$. Les places sont limitées.

Afin de contribuer à l’encouragement culturel du talent de chez nous, nous invitons les enfants, les parents et amis à  un spectacle de Noël unique et  inoubliable, empreint de joie et de sérénité à l’approche du temps des fêtes.
