Come out and celebrate The Hour-A-Day Study Club's 85th anniversary luncheon. This year’s 2019 Scholarship Recipients will be receiving their scholarships at the 85th anniversary luncheon November 9th at 11:30am at Ambassador Golf Club. 

Guest speaker Dave Watkins, 2007 Recipient of the Governor General's Award for Excellence in Teaching.

The Hour-A Day Study Club, is one of the longest running, non-profit, Black women driven organizations in Canada. Established in 1934, The Hour-A-Day Study Club provides African-Canadian youth, that are descendants of the Underground Railroad, with scholarship funds to help finance their post-secondary education. Each year, students graduating from high school within the Windsor/Essex County community are eligible to apply.

Does your student live with a disability? And is he or she heading into high school or in high school now?  Come out and listen to families from Windsor-Essex share their stories, and pick up some tips and resources to help you with the process.
