Community Event - Ottawa Valley - Helping Children Deal with Bullying
This presentation by Phoenix Centre, is designed to help parents and guardians of children who are bullied and/or who bully others.
Learn how to reduce the risk of your child being bullied or bullying others and learn practical strategies that will focus on prevention.
Handouts will be given and refreshments will be served.

Hope and Light Urban Outreach is raising funds for programs & initiatives to support those experiencing Hunger & Homelessness within Cobourg ON. We are striving to ‘be the light’ building relationship & community partnerships with compassion and purpose.
We invite you to join us become a Team Captain, Join the Hope and Light team as a walker, or become a volunteer on event day for a couple of hours.
