The Belleville Public Library is pleased to welcome Mike Collins, a red seal carpenter and gold seal construction superintendent. Mr Collins will give a talk about the Secrets to Buying, Managing, and Renovating a Rental Property on Sat. Nov. 2 from 2-4 PM. Learn how to spot a good potential property, avoid money pits, pick good tenants, and the recent changes to rental property laws in the Belleville area. If you’re thinking about becoming a landlord, or want to increase your knowledge about rental properties, this is the workshop for you! Free, no registration required.

ARA’s 40th Annual Art Show , Oct.18th to Nov.10th
at Windsor Crossing, 1555 Talbot Rd. N9H 2N2
35 local artists with over 150 original artworks.  &  the Juried competition with cash prizes.
This year’s theme; WATER.
The Association of Representational Artist annual show opens Friday Oct.18th at 10 am
