Join us on Saturday October 12th from 10:00am-11:00am at the Cornwall Public Library to learn how BounceBack; a free self-help program by telephone can help YOU manage low mood, anxiety and stress.

Does life sometimes have you feeling down? BounceBack can help!

Benefits to you: FREE, anonymous, CBT based workbooks are mailed directly to your home with a telephone coach to offer support. We invite all parents, youth & adults to learn more with Angele D'Alessio Engagement Coordinator of the BounceBack Program on this exciting new initiative funded by the Governement of Ontario. Please register online before October 12th to receive double ballots towards the door prize. Recieve one door prize ballot for Walk-In's.

What to expect at the event?

  • View sample books on topics including (How to fix almost anything!)

Une foule d’animations gratuites vous sont offertes en octobre dans les bibliothèques de la MRC des Pays-d’en-Haut. Le Réseau BIBLIO des Laurentides et la MRC des Pays-d’en-Haut ont mis sur pied un programme qui permet à chacune des bibliothèques du territoire de présenter une activité d’animation offerte à toute la population. Cette initiative est réalisée grâce au soutien financier du gouvernement du Québec et de la MRC des Pays-d’en-Haut dans le cadre de l’Entente de développement culturel.
