L’estime de soi n’est pas un élément statique, figé en soi. C’est un phénomène dynamique, qui évolue tout au long de l’existence. Chaque passage de la vie - enfance, adolescence, âge adulte, retraite, vieillissement – tour à tour influencera positivement ou négativement notre estime de soi. Les expériences de vie jouent sur la perception que nous avons de nous-mêmes.

Une invitation à mieux comprendre ce concept qu’est l’estime de soi.  Au cours       des 5 rencontres, vous pourrez mieux vous connaître, voir comment utiliser votre ressenti, et reconnaître les obstacles de l’estime de soi.
