Venez vivre un atelier sur les bienfaits de bouger le corps pour activer l’esprit. L’être humain étant un tout, voyons comment tout est interconnecté. La présentation sera un mélange de théorie et de pratique pour mieux comprendre les liens et les interactions entre notre corps et notre esprit. Une tenue vestimentaire souple et confortable est suggérée.

Take advantage of this FREE opportunity starting on November 4th, 2019.  The training will examine the following topics: 

  • Identifying your Communication Style
  • Body Language
  • Handling Feedback
  • Assertiveness
  • Handling Anger
  • Rights at Work
  • Working Through Conflict
