The Belleville Public Library is pleased to welcome amateur astronomer Frank Hitchens for a talk entitled “Apollo 11: The Quest for the Moon” on Tues. November 5 at 6 PM. In celebration of the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11, this multi-media presentation will discuss the Cold War Space Race, the technological advancements required to get to the Moon, the Legacy of the Moon landing, and more.
