Gleaners Food Bank is presenting a new and exciting fundraising initiative that will allow individuals the opportunity to travel within their regions visiting local wineries and craft breweries. This event will take place on Sunday October 20, 2019 beginning at 11:00am and running until 7:00pm. The purpose of this event is to raise funds for Gleaners Food Bank and the Quinte Region Food Share Shelter (QRFSS). The intent of this event is that participants travel across the region and be enchanted by the local wineries and breweries in which their passport will include local tastings of both beverages and food. Individuals interested in this event can start their journey in Historical Prince Edward County, Friendly City of Belleville or Rustic Tweed. We are anticipating that each location can last up to maximum 45 minutes in length. As well, passport holders can purchase additional food and beverage from the participating locations.
Confirmed locations include:
Signal Brewery
Huff's Winery & Estate
Barley Days Brewery
Three Dog Winery
Potter's Settlement
Maple Dale Cheese
Tickets for this event are $125 per passport which includes transportation, tastings & food at each location.
This event will support both Gleaners Food Bank as well as the Quinte Region Food Share Shelter (QRFSS)
