Royal Canadian Legion services including representation and advocacy services with Veterans Affairs Canada, benevolent assistance through the Poppy Fund, Legion Housing, and assisting homeless and at-risk Veterans. What could be lovelier on a hot summer's day than to sit in the coolness of Picton's St Mary Magdalene Church and enjoy gifted local musicians? This year's free noon-hour concert series continues on Wednesday, July 10th; the featured performer is clarinetist Cheryl Bruce, with bassoon and voice. Bring a bag lunch if you like, and sit back and relax! Admission is free and everyone's welcome. Noon-12:45-ish
