Community Event - Niagara - 11th Annual Pug PAWTY Fundraiser April 14 @ 1-4 pm

Curly tails will be wagging at the 11th Annual Niagara Pugalug Spring fundraising event being held at the Merritton Community Centre on Sunday, April 14th, 2019. All pug enthusiasts and their pugs are welcome! Doors will be open from 1:00 to 3:00 pm and admission is $10.00 per person or $5.00 for children 12 and under. This is an off-leash event. Pugs and other small, friendly, well-socialized dogs are welcome!

This year’s event celebrates the 11th year that the Niagara group has support pug rescue and will include vendors, 50/50 draw, raffle prizes, bake sale, refreshments and some good old fashioned puggy play! All proceeds from this event will be donated to Pugalug Pug Rescue.

Community Event - Kingston - Coco Love Alcorn "SoulRevolution" Kingston concert

East AND West Coast Music Award nominee Coco Love Alcorn brings her Live "Soul Revolution!" shows to Kingston, backed by 100 musicians onstage, Saturday 2 February 2pm and 7:30pm, $15/$5. Tickets: Tara Foods, Novel Idea, Long&McQuade, www.openvoices.ca/tickets, choir members, and at the door.

This "sweet and cool" (Chatelaine Magazine) Canadian singer-songwriter sings "Revolution", "The River", and many other of her pop-blues-jazz hits with Kingston's Open Voices Community Choir and invites the audience to participate.

 Come out for an evening of live jazz, cocktails, hors-d'oeuvres and lots of fun with a Roaring 20s theme, all in support of Quinte Symphony - your community orchestra! Our musicians will provide a lively jazz soundtrack, Nick Ogden returns as our auctioneer for the experience auction and there will be many unique items at the silent auction.
