We invite you to make a difference in the life of someone who is blind or partially sighted by volunteering as a Vision Mate for just a couple of hours a week.  As a Vision Mate you will receive training and then be matched  with someone living with vision loss in your area, to help them with everyday activities like reading the paper, going for walks or just visiting.  We currently need several clients in the Cobourg/Port Hope area who would, very much like a CNIB Vision Mate.  To learn more, please contact Tracy Holland at 613-542-4975 ext. 5094 or tracy.holland@cnib.ca

Visit the WEE Start event at W.F. Herman Academy (1905 Bernard, Windsor)  on Friday, March 22 from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm.  This is a FREE event where families with children from birth to age 6 can get information about eating, teeth, behaviour, talking, hearing, vision, and more! Interpreters will be available.

British "High Tea" Luncheon plus baking, purses, and jewelry sale at Calvin Presbyterian Church (corner of First & Commercial St.) 

Adults $7, Children $5

Tickets will be sold at the church on the day of the event.

Come join us for a day of fun and shopping at the Applewood Retirement Residence's Spring Fling Retail and Vendor Show on Saturday March 23rd between 10am and 2pm!

There will be a free raffle for the door prize and a give away for all those who attend.

The Tea Room will offer a Tea biscuit with Grapes and Cheese and a beverage ($3.00) from 10am to 12pm and a Bun and Chili with a beverage ($3.00) from 12pm to 2pm.

Learn in an individualized learning setting. Courses include: communications, mathematics, biology and chemistry.
