The City of North Bay's Free After School Program runs three days a week (currently Monday, Wednesday and Friday) from 3:00pm to 6:00pm during the school year. It is a free program for children ages 7 to 16. 

The program focuses on physical activity, food and nutrition education, health and wellness activities, arts & culture, and homework assistance. 

Participants are provided with a healthy snack. They are only required to bring indoor/outdoor shoes, and weather appropriate gear. 

The program is drop in/drop out for youth 11-16 and drop in/sign out for youth 7-10. 

Locations are E.T. Carmichael Public School, École Publique Odyssée, and W.J. Fricker Public School.
