Extra Life is a worldwide charity event where gamers play games in a 24-hour gaming marathon to raise donations for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

Locally here in Windsor, this will be our 6th year taking part in Extra Life. This year’s fundraising event will be held at The CG Realm (1311 Tecumseh Rd E., Windsor). The store will be staying open overnight, the event runs from 10am on Saturday Nov. 3rd until at 5pm on Sunday Nov.4th.

Come out and play games! There will be free open gaming. There will be tons of board games available to be played, and people on hand happy to help teach you a new game. There will be door prizes. There will be baked goods available for sale. The cafe which is located inside the store (The Windsor Sandwich Shop) is offering a 10% discount on all food and drink purchases that weekend, and will also be donating 100% of their tips to the event.

There will be a silent auction taking place from noon on Saturday the 3d until 4pm on Sunday the 4th.

There will be a Live Geek & Gaming Auction taking place starting at 7pm on Saturday Nov. 3rd. We will be auctioning off over 50 items. We will have used games and new and sealed games.
