Join us on Sunday June 2, 2019, for the Crohn’s and Colitis Canada Gutsy Walk. A single day when Canadian coast to coast will walk united at this fun-filled, family-friendly and non-competitive walk. Crohn’s and Colitis Canada is the only national, volunteer based charity focused on finding the and improving the lives of everyone impacted by these disease.
Our route is 5 kilometers long, but participants can walk any distance they’re comfortable with.
Be part of the Gutsy Walk and you’ll be helping Crohn’s and Colitis Canada advance research and patient programs to better the lives of everyone affected by these chronic diseases.

Join GRCA outdoor education staff on an exciting evening prowling for owls in the Ganaraska Forest. Start the evening off with a presentation before venturing out on the guided night hike in search of an owl or two.
The fee to participate is $15.00 + HST per adult and $10.00 + HST per child (16 & under). Due to the late outdoor activity, all participants must be 8 years of age or older.

Join GRCA’s Watershed Biologist for a fun and educational morning learning how to fish at Garden Hill Conservation Area. You’ll walk away knowing how to rig, bait and cast a fishing rod, identify local fish species, and fish safely and sustainably.
If you have your own fishing gear, please bring it; otherwise, equipment can be borrowed through Ontario Federation of Anglers & Hunter’s TackleShare Program which will be on-site.
