This is an interactive cooking program with a Registered Dietitian of Twin Bridges NPLC. February is Heart & Stroke month and the focus will be on making delicious and healthy swaps with seasonings to reduce your salt and protect your heat. This program is open to all and runs at no cost to participants.
A free session offered by Twin Bridges and facilitated by a Registered Psychotherapist. The workshop will explore strategies and techniques to effectively communicate your desires, needs and perspectives within a relationship. Please register prior to attending.
A free program that is open to anyone interested in learning a variety of meditation styles. In addition, become part of a supportive community that is interested in incorporating mindfulness into everyday life and experience a deeper sense of well-being. Please register prior to the start date.
