Sunday, April 28 starting at 7pm at St. Anne's Parish in Tecumseh. Amazing performances by local artists; entertainment for the whole family!

No tickets will be sold. A freewill monetary donation will be collected during the concert.

There will be reception and refreshments served in the parish hall after the show.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes help caregivers take better care of themselves while caring for a friend or relative. The sessions are facilitated by trained Community Care Peterborough staff with experience as caregivers.

This free series of 6 weekly classes are designed to teach caregivers the skills to:

• Reduce stress
• Improve self-confidence
• Manage time, set goals, and solve problems
• Better communicate feelings
• Make tough decisions
• Locate helpful resources

All participants receive a free copy of The Caregivers Helpbook which follows the curriculum and provides additional tools to address specific caregiver issues.

Our storage room is very limited so unfortunately we do not have room for furniture, clothes, blankets, comforters, towels etc...
