The City of Windsor will be hosting a Public Information Centre (PIC) to present a planned permanent road closure as part of the recommendations of the Cabana Road Environmental Assessment. The PIC will allow members of the public, including residents in the study area to provide feedback on the closure of Huntington Avenue at Cabana Road East.
Hosting a public consultation regarding a road closure during the detailed design stage is a requirement of the approved environmental assessment. At the PIC, the public can review the recommended road closure, discuss issues and allow for the project team to address any concerns.
The public are invited to attend the PIC on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Roseland Public School, 620 Cabana Road East, Windsor. City of Windsor engineering staff and the City’s consultant, RC Spencer Associates will be present to discuss issues and address any concerns.
Come and join us on Sunday December 9 from 11am to 4pm at Holy Family Retreat House, 121 Victoria St. Oxley. Over 19 vendors on display plus a hot lunch available for purchase.
