Belleville Public Library is pleased to welcome registered dietitian Jennifer Allan on Sat. Nov. 17 at 11 am for a talk on healthy eating! These days it can be difficult to make healthy food choices, especially if you’re on a tight budget. Jennifer Allan will discuss where to go if you’re struggling, as well as how to choose healthy food, how to read labels, meal planning, and more! Come with lots of questions, she’s here to answer them!
